Liability Insurance: Our insurance carrier insists that exhibitors have personal
liability insurance for their exhibits, personal golf carts, & motorized vehicles.

Exhibitors admitted free (2 persons per vehicle)

CAMPING: All camping is primitive, there are no hook-ups.  All campers and those tenting will be charged $20.00 per unit. (flat rate)
Small campers & small motor homes are to use
the terraced hillside across from the print shop & carpenter’s shop.  Large motor homes and trailer combinations have to set up at the far back woods line of the major parking lots, up on the hill behind the flea market. The space in the shaded grove along the lower exit road is reserved for the Civil War group only.
Leave phone # on the outside of your camper in the event we need to contact you.
Do not set up permanently until your spot is approved, and be prepared to relocate if necessary.
All exhibited tractors are to be on tractor hillside lot. No Exceptions!

PET OWNERS: No pets allowed on the Show Grounds.  Please comply with this rule.

Food Vendors and anyone selling human edible items of any kind please note: We must have on file at least one week before the show dates all of the following items:
1. A copy of your  food service certification notice
2. A copy of your state food vendor's license.
3. A copy of your liability insurance coverage naming us as "other insured"
Without the above we cannot allow you to serve food to the public. It puts us in violation of Pennsylvania law.
